Disable wireless ad hoc network connection
An ad hoc wireless network generally refers to a connection established directly between two computers, without communicating through a wireless access point. These networks can be used, for example, to transfer files between two laptops.
Although this type of network may sometimes be useful, it involves some risks. For example, if users forget to disable the ad hoc connection after using it, hackers could use it to access the contents of users' computers. Since this functionality is rarely needed, it is recommended to completely disable it.
